BG 18.13
पञ्चैतानि महाबाहो कारणानि निबोध मे ।
साङ्ख्ये कृतान्ते प्रोक्तानि सिद्धये सर्वकर्मणाम् ॥

pañcaitāni mahā-bāho kāraṇāni nibodha me
sāṅkhye kṛtānte proktāni siddhaye sarva-karmaṇām

Word-for-word meanings
mahā-bāho — O mighty-armed one; nibodha — learn; me — from Me; etāni — these; pañca — five; kāraṇāni — causes; siddhaye — [necessary] for the accomplishment; sarva — of all; karmaṇām — actions; proktāni — which are described; sāṅkhye — in the Vedānta scriptures; kṛta-ante — in which is explained how to bring an end to karma.
Translation
O mighty-armed, learn from Me the five causes necessary for the accomplishment of all actions. They are described in the Vedānta scriptures which explain how to bring an end to karma.
