क्लैब्यं मा स्म गमः पार्थ नैतत्त्वय्युपपद्यते ।
क्षुद्रं हृदयदौर्बल्यं त्यक्त्वोत्तिष्ठ परन्तप ॥

mā sma — do not; gamaḥ — go to [i.e., yield to]; klaibyam — impotency; pārtha — O son of Pṛthā, Arjuna; etat — this; na upapadyate — is not befitting; tvayi — for you; tyaktvā — cast away; kṣudram — [this] petty; daurbalyam — weakness; hṛdaya — of heart; parantapa — O scorcher of the enemies [Arjuna]; uttiṣṭha — [and] arise [for battle].
Translation
Yield not to impotency, O Pārtha (Arjuna), it does not behoove you. Cast away this petty weak-heartedness, O scorcher of enemies (Parantapa), and arise for battle.
