ये त्वेतदभ्यसूयन्तो नानुतिष्ठन्ति मे मतम् ।
सर्वज्ञानविमूढांस्तान्विद्धि नष्टानचेतसः ॥

ye tv etad abhyasūyanto nānutiṣṭhanti me matam
sarva-jñāna-vimūḍhāṁs tān viddhi naṣṭān acetasaḥ

Word-for-word meanings
tu — but; ye — those who; abhyasūyantaḥ — are envious; na anutiṣṭhanti — [and who] do not adhere to regularly; etat — this; matam — teaching; me — of Mine; viddhi — know; tān — them; vimūḍhān — as deluded; sarva-jñāna — [in the matter of] all knowledge; naṣṭān — as having succumbed to ruin; acetasaḥ — [and] as bereft of discriminating intellect.
Translation
But those who are envious and do not adhere to this teaching of Mine, know them to be deluded in the matter of all knowledge, succumbed to ruin, and bereft of discriminating intellect.
