BG 4.3
स एवायं मया तेऽद्य योगः प्रोक्तः पुरातनः ।
भक्तोऽसि मे सखा चेति रहस्यं ह्येतदुत्तमम् ॥
भक्तोऽसि मे सखा चेति रहस्यं ह्येतदुत्तमम् ॥
sa evāyaṁ mayā te ’dya yogaḥ proktaḥ purātanaḥ
bhakto ’si me sakhā ceti rahasyaṁ hy etad uttamam

Word-for-word meanings
ayam — this; saḥ eva — very same; purātanaḥ — ancient; yogaḥ — yoga; proktaḥ — has been spoken; mayā — by Me; te — to you; adya — today; iti — because; asi — you are; me — My; bhaktaḥ — devotee; ca — and; sakhā — friend; etat — this [is]; hi — certainly; uttamam — the supreme; rahasyam — secret.
Translation
I have spoken that very ancient yoga to you today, because you are My devotee and friend. It is certainly the supreme secret.
